Where Are You Located?

Our location is in the heart of Pembroke, between 7-Eleven and Center Cemetery. Parking is located at the back of the building, and we kindly ask that you follow the signs for entry and exit.

What Do I do if I am Unhappy With My Service?

A credit card is required for all appointment reservations. We require a 48-hour notice of any cancellations or adjustments to your appointment.

Please understand that the time allocated for an appointment with one of our service providers is reserved just for you. We need notice to fill that appointment time with another guest. If we do not receive a 48-hour notice of cancellations or adjustments to your appointment, you will be charged the full-service price of the service scheduled. 

You may make adjustments to your appointment using our online booking. Our online booking page can make adjustments 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.

Yes, we welcome families at Eden Salon! We strive to provide a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, free from the stresses of daily life. We kindly request that children be well-behaved and under supervision to help us maintain this environment. Thank you for your cooperation and support.

We offer the option to pay for our services and products using either cash or credit card payments.
We accept gratuity in the form of cash or Venmo payments.

Please note that we do not provide refunds. However, if you have purchased an unopened and unused product, you may exchange it within 14 days of the purchase date.

If you are unsatisfied with the service or treatment you received at Eden Salon, please get in touch with us within one week of your initial appointment. Our salon is committed to ensuring you are happy with your hairstyle and will make the necessary changes per your initial consultation. However, it is important to note that refunds cannot be offered due to the nature of the work.

How do I Check-in Upon Arrival?

To check-in for your appointment, head to the Kiosk on the island in the middle of the salon. Checking in is a breeze - enter your phone number or email address on the iPad. Once you do, your service provider will be notified that you've arrived.
